Rouse (Winter Angel New character, read chapt. 18)

The newest member to the Winter Angel Family. With her ultimate sarcasm and complete boredom, she's sure to knock your socks off. XD Okay, she's not that bad. Though it does appear so in the first chapter she appears in. Look forward to more character development. This character... has a big role in the future. So far all we really know is she can cause some real drama~!

Her mask is subject to change. I don't like it just yet, but this is the temp version of her. Just to give you guys a picture to imagine. I'll also release a colored version eventually.
